29 CFR 1926.1427(a):General requirements for operators. The employer did not ensure that each operator is trained, certified/ licensed, and evaluated in accordance with this section before operating any equipment covered under subpart CC, except for the equipment listed in paragraph (a)(2) of this section: New residential construction located on Lot #495 at 237 Bur Oak Bend, Newnan, GA 30265 Front side of structure: On or about 10/12/2021, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while installing roof trusses, in that the crane operator was not certified, trained, or licensed to operate the Elliott (Model 32117R) 32-ton Hydraulic Boom Crane. The crane operator had an operator's certification card that was no longer valid and/or not from a nationally recognized accrediting agency.
