29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: Location: Sticker Stacking Machine near Planer In-Feed. On our about March 4, 2022, the employer did not provide a safe means of access and egress to and from the sticker stacking machine. Employees had to climb onto a guard rail to access the machine to prevent uneven stacking of stickers.
