29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or�labeled electrical�equipment was�not used�or installed�in accordance�with instructions�included in�the listing�or labeling: a. United States Postal Service-Mile High Station at 450 W 14th Ave Denver, CO 80204: on and before March 9, 2022, the employer failed to protect employees from injuries in that extension cords used in the workplace that was not used as listed and labeled. Relocatable power taps (power strips) were connected to extension cords rather than direct service in the garage bays. This condition exposed the employees to fire and electrical shock hazards.
