29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(A): Building and/or facility owners failed to notify prospective employers applying for or bidding for work whose employees can reasonably be expected to work in or adjacent to areas containing asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material of the presence, location and quantity: On or about February 13, 2022, the building and facility owner did not notify a contractor of the presence, location and quantity of asbestos-containing flooring materials prior to the contractor's employees removing floor tile secured with a mastic containing greater than 1% chrysotile asbestos, exposing employees to asbestos-related hazards.
