29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a) At Rotary Dryer #3: On or about 03/09/2022 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to broken bones and/or amputations from an unguarded belt and pulley at the drive motor for the rotary dryer. The cage around the drive belt had 7 inch wide openings through which employees could reach their hands and contact an ingoing nip point at the drive belt.
