Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a. 1788 Natural Area Drive, Gainesville, FL; On or about March 8, 2022, on a 1/4:12 pitch roof, employees roofing a commercial building were not protected from a 8 foot 1.5 inch fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any alternative fall protection.
