29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. On or about March 08, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not conduct inspections while workers were framing a residential home under construction, exposing workers to hazards such as, but not limited to fall and struck-by.
