29 CFR  1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace.  On or about March 09, 2022 a medical evaluation of employees who are required to wear a respirator was not performed before employees were allowed to wear the respirator. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.

On or about March 09, 2022, employees who are required to use an N-95 respirator were not fit tested prior to their initial use of the respirator. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.
