Located at Tyson Feed Mill Hope, Arkansas: On or about March 24, 2022, the employer did not record cases including but not limited to the following workplace injuries and illnesses on the OSHA 300 Log for calendar year 2022. (a) On or about February 24, 2022, Feed Mill Cleaner-- Employee sustained bruised ribs and a sprained ankle resulting in days away from work.
