29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about March 11, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees installing moisture barrier on the outside of the building from a JLG 800AJ aerial lift, twenty two (22) feet above the ground, were not utilizing personal fall arrest system, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
