29 CFR  1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired.  a) Menzies Aviation (USA) Inc, 7640 Undergrove Circle, Denver, CO 80249: On 3/11/2022, Menzies Aviation (USA) Inc. did not ensure that the hazardous condition that is a raised concrete lip in the entry way of the on walking-working surfaces were corrected before an employee utilized it again. This exposed employees to trip and fall hazards.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii): 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space for equipment likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized was used for storage:   a) Menzies Aviation Group (USA), Inc, 7640 Undergrove St, Denver, CO 80249: On 3/11/2022, as the creating and correcting employer, Menzies Aviation Group did not ensure that electrical boxes G50AL and G50AH, located in  the commissary restock area, were free from being blocked by equipment and materials. This issue exposed workers to fire and electrical hazards.
