29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):Employee training shall include at least: The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including and explanation of the labels received on shipping containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information. Employee(s) engaged in tire removal and installation at Discount Tire located at 18520 Wright St., Omaha, Nebraska 68310 were exposed to chemical hazards in that employees had not been adequately trained in the existence, proper use, and location of Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Employees were exposed to chemicals, including but not limited to aerosol Pre-Buff Cleaner.
