OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were  exposed to respiratory tract and eye burns  from contact with chlorine released by the  decomposition of  industrial bleach.   a) Plant, on or about March 11, 2022, employees were exposed to respiratory tract and eye burn hazards from chlorine, in that the employer did not  prevent the spill  and dispersion of concentrated bleach into the plant drain, after a  275-gallon plastic container broke during transportation.
