Back Stock Room  - On or about 3/9/22, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of the 3 phase electrical panel box L was used for storage. Items being stored in the area included, but were not limited to, cardboard boxes of product.  b.)  Back Stock Room  - On or about 3/9/22, and at times prior thereto, access to the electrical disconnects located on the wall was blocked by a large box.  c.) Back Stock Room  - On or about 3/9/22, and times prior thereto, cardboard boxes of product were stored next to large square electrical box (e.g. transformer or rectifier) that was mounted on the floor.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
