Luxury Development, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102 (a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1383247, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 7, 2019, with respect to a worksite located at 310 Raleigh Road, Kenilworth, Illinois. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

Luxury Development, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1383247, citation 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 7, 2019, with respect to a worksite located at 310 Raleigh Road, Kenilworth, Illinois.
