Location - 45 Brick Street, Watertown, MA. On or about March 14, 2022, an employee was not protected while working around energized electrical lines. The employee was working/walking installing shingles within inches of live electrical service line.

Employees where not wearing personal fall protection or other fall protection system to prevent them from falling.
