Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a) On December 14th, 2021, at or near 6991 46th Avenue in Wishek, ND, for the employee who was exposed to fall hazards of 19 feet while repairing the ridge cap of a pole barn without wearing fall protection.
