29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.  a) 4980 W Creeks Edge Ct Unit 428, BOISE, ID  83704: On March 14, 2022, employees were exposed to falls of at least 12 feet while performing stucco activities without fall protection. Employees had not been provided training so that they could identify and correct fall hazards when working from heights.   Note - Abatement certification is required for this item.
