29 CFR  1926.1408(a)(2): The equipment's maximum working radius could get closer than 20 feet to a power line and the employer did not meet the requirements in Option (1), Option (2), or Option (3) of this section:  a) Worksite, 555 Stewart Ave., Garden City, NY- Employee was below a crane working below powerlines that were not deenergized and was operated within 20 feet of energized powerlines; on or about 3/10/22.  Note:  In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19
