29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a)Lycored Corp, Bridgewater, NJ/ Jaudt Rotary Valve, Outdoors Dust Collector.- The employer did not ensure that specific procedures were developed and utilized for the control of hazardous energy. Employees engaged in the maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment that included, but was not limited to, Jaudt Rotary Vavle, were not provided specific procedures to control the release of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical energy. Condition noted on January 19, 2022.
