29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun. A) West side of roof at 3700 Ocean Highway in Richmond Hill, GA. on or about March 15, 2022, the employer exposed employees to eye injuries in that the employees were using a pneumatic nail gun to install shingles without eye protection, thereby exposing the employees to a hazard of eye injuries.
