29 CFR  1910.303(b)(1):Examination. Electric equipment shall be free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Safety of equipment shall be determined using the following considerations:  On or about March 3, 2022, the employer did not ensure the 120V electrical cord of a wet/dry vacuum was free from damage that could cause shock hazards to employees.  The insulation of the wet/dry vacuum electrical cord was damaged.
