29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) (a) On or about March 12, 2022: At 15004 Derna Terrace in Bradenton, the employer allowed employees to use Greencore USA, 80-90 Super High Yield Mortar for the installation of the concrete blocks, in that, the product contains silica 40 to 70% and Portland Cement 10 to 30%, exposing employees to lung diseases and chemical burns.
