29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes:  (a) Laureano Framing & Drywall LLC: On or before 3/14/22 the creating, correcting, and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees did not wear personal fall arrest systems while moving an HVAC curb on the roof of a single story commercial building under construction. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet onto concrete.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."

29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye:  (a) Laureano Framing & Drywall LLC: On or before 3/16/22 the employer did not report to OSHA a work-related hospitalization within 24 hours. The incident occurred on 3/14/22 at approximately 11AM. The incident was reported to OSHA on 3/16/22 at approximately 0930.   Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
