29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i):Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: a) At 5151 N. Ninth Ave. Pensacola, Florida: On or about March 16, 2022 and at times prior; the employer allowed employees to wear NIOSH N-100 half mask respirators that were not properly stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, or prevent the deformation of the face piece, exposing employees to respiratory hazards.
