29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 03/16/2022 at a steep roof, that had a slope of greater than 4 in 12, located at 278 West Hazeltine Ave in Buffalo, NY. Employees were working on the roof with no equipment being utilized for fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall of 20 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
