29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a) 302 Frankford Rd; On or about March 16, 2022, and times prior, a shelf was located in front of the emergency exit door and made it difficult to get to the doorknob. In addition, the employees place a large rolling cooler in front of the door when moving from the kitchen to the bathroom so they can use the shortest route possible. In addition, employees work in the store on a daily basis. A shelf and a rolling cooler were placed within the exit route restricting access to the emergency exit door.
