29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(ii):A powered industrial truck shall not be left unattended when the operator is 25 ft. or more away from the vehicle which remains in view, or whenever the operator leaves the vehicle and it is not in view. On or about March 16, 2022 and times prior there to, the employer did not ensure a powered industrial truck that was in operation and powered on, was not left unattended by being out of the field view of the operator.
