Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) Sea Glass Apartments at 32815 Azure Avenue Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971: On or about March 16, 2022, the employer failed to ensure employees used fall protection while working approximately 41 feet above the grade, exposing employees to fall hazards.
