29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) On or about 03/16/2022 at a steep roof that had a slope slightly greater of 4 in 12, located at 166 West Huron St. in Buffalo NY.  Employees were working on the roof with no equipment being utilized for fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazard of 13 feet.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) On or about 3/16/2022, at the roof area of the site, Employees, who used extension ladders to access the roof, did not extend ladder side rails at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
