29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 03/16/2022 at a steep roof that had a slope slightly greater of 4 in 12, located at 166 West Huron St. in Buffalo NY. Employees were working on the roof with no equipment being utilized for fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazard of 13 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
