29 CFR  1910.213(i)(1):Nonworking portion(s) of the blade of bandsaw(s) were not enclosed or guarded:  a.) On or about March  17, 2022, in the production area, employees were exposed to a caught-in/struck-by hazard, in that, the guard on the Apollo saw was not lowered, exposing the blade.  Hitek Truss  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.213 (i)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560888, citation number 1, 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 02-04-2019 , with respect to a workplace located at 6179 Nature Coast Blvd, Brooksville, FL, 34602.
