29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 239 The Blvd, Carrick, PA 15210, On or about March 17th 2022, employees were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 25 feet while installing a new roof on a residential home that was measured at a 14/12 pitch. Employees were installing a new asphalt shingle roof and no fall protection was in use. i.e. harnesses, guard rails, etc.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.
