29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) New townhome construction located on Lots #46 - #50 Courtland Road, Milton, GA 30004, Lot #47, second level top plate: On or about 03/17/2022, the employer exposed an employee to falls of 16-feet, 1-inch to the lower level, in that a complete fall protection system was not provided to an employee engaged in framing activities using the top plate as a walking/working surface. Ramgar Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1495955, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/18/2020, with respect to a workplace located at the Hamilton Preserve Subdivision 4278 Braselton Hwy. Hoschton, GA , Lots 63 and 59.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) New townhome construction located on Lots #46 - #50 Courtland Road, Milton, GA 30004, Lot #47 ground level driveway area: On or about 03/17/2022, the employer failed to inspect all electrical extension cords used to provide power to the Makita 5007F 7-1/4-inch Circular Saw, in that a yellow with black stripe 50-ft. electrical cord was damaged at the strain relief on the male end exposing the internal energized wires. An inspection of these cords were not performed prior to the shift as these cords were not repaired or removed from service.
