29 CFR 1910.36(d)(2): Exit route doors were not free of any device or alarm that could restrict emergency use of the exit route if the device or alarm fails. In the main room of the Oak Harbor Post Office, one of the emergency exits was an automated door that required electronic devices to open, the automated door was broken and blocked off. The employer designated this door as the escape route for a portion of the facility.
