29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: On or about March 15, 2022, at the jobsite an employee did not have the safety data sheet available at the jobsite for the PVC cement they were using to install piping inside of a building. This exposed the employee to health hazard.
