Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:  On or about March 16, 2022, at the job site an employees were observed working by the edge of the roof installing roofing materials.  The employees were not in use of fall protection and were exposed to a fall greater than six (6) feet to the ground below.
