29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a)Hegg Construction, LLC at 5841 South Corporate Place, Sioux Falls, SD 57108: On or about and at times prior to March 18, 2022, the controlling employer did not ensure frequent and regular site inspections were being conducted by a competent person. This condition exposed subcontracted employees to various hazards such as falls, ladders, and forklifts.
