29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer: a) At 445 Azalea Road Mobile, AL (Roof Area): On or about March 16, 2022, and at times prior; the "controlling employer" Lanier Construction, Inc. failed to develop and implement an accident prevention program, that provided frequent and regular inspections of the job site to be made by competent person(s); exposing his employees and the employees of the sub-contractor Brothers Innovation, LLC to hazards such as but not limited to catapult and fall hazards of up to thirty-five (35) feet to the concrete ground below.
