29 CFR  1910.178(n)(1): All traffic regulations shall be observed, including authorized plant speed limits. A safe distance shall be maintained approximately three truck lengths from the truck ahead, and the truck shall be kept under control at all times:  (a) On or about 02/16/2022 and at times prior to, 3588 Bibbville Road Woodstock Road, AL 35188 - North American Central Warehouse at the shift change table, employees working at the table were exposed to struck-by hazards when the equipment was positioned facing the shift change tables by the operators.
