29 CFR  1926.451(b)(2)(ii): When walkways between scaffold sections are less than 18 inches wide, employees were not protected from falls by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems:   a)  At 10585 Secretariat Boulevard, Lot 66 Jubilee Farms, Daphne, Alabama:  On March 22, 2022; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffold with a work platform that measured only 6 inches wide exposing his employees to fall hazard of up to 16 feet to the ground.
