29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: a. On or about March 22, 2022, 1550 South Broad Street, Monroe, GA. (Shop Area) - Employees were exposed to struck-by/caught-between hazard. The employer did not provide special hand tools for machine operators' use. Employees were required using their hands to hold/push the 1"x3/4" stock material in close proximity to the moving guarded blade (danger zone).
