On or about March 22, 2022, employees were utilizing machining/fabrication equipment without guards: Instance A) Drive machine/Shop master east side adjacent to the bay door with a generator Serial Number F799. Instance B) Central Machinery Drill press (no identifying markers) located on the west-central side of the central bay.
