(b) On or about 3/23/2022, and at times prior to, 1800 Honda Dr., Lincoln, AL - 1st floor Beta Foam pump room, employees storing unlabeled and uncovered hazardous chemicals such as BETAFOAM? 89120, were exposed to burn hazards and not provided chemical resistant gloves.
