29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): On or about March 22, 2022, in the warehouse area, where an employee was operating a powered industrial truck without having successfully completed training to do so. Circle Saw Builders Supply, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1538964, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2510 Ella Blvd., Houston, TX 77008.
