Medical gas storage yard: On or about March 22, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to chemicals splashes in the eyes when handling compressed medical gasses such as but not limited to liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid nitrous oxide while not wearing safety goggles or safety glasses with side shields when trans filling the cylinders.
