Westfield Ave., Roselle Park, NJ - Meridia at Roselle Park 10 The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls. Employees engaged in the installation joists for a concrete slab shoring system of a mixed use residential/commercial building worked at or near an outside edge of the structure and were not attached with a fall harness and lanyard or had any other means of fall protection.
