29 CFR  1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized persons were allowed to ride on a powered industrial truck:  At a worksite located at 5964  S State Hwy NN, Rogersville, MO 65742: Employees were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards. This was demonstrated on February 10, 2022, when an employee was observed riding on the forks of a New Holland (LS180) powered industrial truck while balancing a pallet of materials being placed in a dumpster.
