Crawford Avenue, Olympia Fields, IL 60461: On or about March 23, 2022, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i)-(ix). The employer required employees to wear respirators throughout their shifts while exposed to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 patients.
