29 CFR 1910.502(r)(1)(ii): The employer did not report to OSHA each work-related COVID-19 in-patient hospitalization within 24 hours of the employer learning about the in-patient hospitalization. a) On or about November 29, 2021: An employee was hospitalized from a work related illness that was not reported to OSHA within 24 hours. The Occupational Health section became aware of the hospitalization on November 29, 2021 but the hospitalization was not reported to OSHA until March 16, 2021. b) On or about December 25, 2021: An employee was hospitalized from a work related illness that was not reported to OSHA within 24 hours. The supervisor of the individual became aware of the hospitalization on December 25, 2021 but the hospitalization was not reported to OSHA until March 16, 2021.
