29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a) On or about March 14, 2022; the controlling employer, Hammett Companies, LLC dba Hammett Homes, did not have an effective system in place to correct hazards to which their subcontractors employees were exposed to. These hazards include but may not be limited to falls of approximately 9 feet while using an extension ladder that was not positioned three rungs above the eave to access the roof of a one-story residential building. b) On or about March 14, 2022; the controlling employer, Hammett Companies, LLC dba Hammett Homes, did not have an effective system in place to correct hazards to which their subcontractors employees were exposed to. These hazards include but may not be limited to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet while performing framing activities without fall protection. c) On or about March 14, 2022; the controlling employer, Hammett Companies, LLC dba Hammett Homes, did not have an effective system in place to correct hazards to which their subcontractors employees were exposed to. These hazards include but may not be limited to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while performing roofing activities without fall protection. Note - Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.

Subcontractor employees were exposed to falls of 12 feet while performing framing activities without fall protection. b) 21-4 Pine 43 No. 2, 1846 E State Street, Boise, ID 83642: On or about March 14, 2022, as the controlling employer, Hammett Properties LLC dba Hammett Homes, did not ensure that subcontractors employees were protected from fall hazards.
